our alarm would not stop going off even through it was not set. it's 35 years old and has not been touched since 2003 for a new battery. the company responded to my request on here in a few minutes. they booked a time came out on time. they sorted the alarm . but we decided before he came to get a quote for a new one. he quoted and we accepted his quote new one to be fitted soon. the fee for today was way better than we expected very happy customer here

Rukk security messaged me promptly after I applied via checkatrade for an emergency call out from an alarm engineer. After having new flooring laid my alarm was going off randomly every 10 minutes, which was annoying for myself but also my neighbours. Stephanie messaged me agreeing a time for the engineer to come. I was kept upto date constantly and even sent confirmation when the engineer was 20 minutes away. Eddie arrived and deactivated the alarm swiftly, really impressed with Rukk security, would definitely recommend. Friendly professional company. Excellent customer service cameras installed professionally Eddy was informative and got on with the job, had an issue with the colour on one of the cameras eddy returned same day and sorted out the issue with help from the technical team.
