Rukk security messaged me promptly after I applied via checkatrade for an emergency call out from an alarm engineer. After having new flooring laid my alarm was going off randomly every 10 minutes, which was annoying for myself but also my neighbours. Stephanie messaged me agreeing a time for the engineer to come. I was kept upto date constantly and even sent confirmation when the engineer was 20 minutes away.
